Heart-Centered Communication is a training and consulting company dedicated to helping organizations and individuals develop the ability to communicate effectively - from the heart.

Communication skills alone aren't enough. Your heart has to be in it, too. If it isn't, people know it. Think about it. When a sales rep makes a pitch to you, can't you tell when they are reading from a script? If they are sincerely trying to find out if their product will meet your needs, you can tell that too.
